Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to your ride will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Weather Policy: In the case of unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel or reschedule your ride. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We do our best to accommodate emergencies and rescheduling requests. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Rider Requirements: All riders must be in good physical health. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written parental consent.
Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the ride.
Safety First: Our guides reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe to ride.
Timeliness: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride. Late arrivals may miss their ride and are not guaranteed a refund.
Animal Welfare: Our horses are well-cared for and respected. We ask that all guests treat them with kindness and follow guide instructions at all times.
